This site is run by Alves & Marcello, Lda., which operates the Tasquinha da Saudade at Rua da Sota 44-48, 3000-392 Coimbra. For any matter concerning personal data, write to tasquinhasaudade@gmail.com.

What this site collects

Nothing. This site uses no cookies, has no audience analytics, has no forms and does not collect or store personal data about its visitors. There are no accounts, newsletters or online bookings.

The links to WhatsApp, to the phones, to the e-mail and to the map open the apps on your own device; what happens from there is governed by the terms of those apps, not by this site.

The house's private page

The owner changes the week's menu on a private page, protected by a code. While the site is a prototype, the week is stored only on her device (in the browser's local storage). In production, the week is stored on the site's server. In neither case is personal data stored: only the dishes, the hours and the calendar exceptions.

Your rights

As we do not process personal data about the site's visitors, there is nothing to correct or delete. Even so, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may exercise them by writing to tasquinhasaudade@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
